- Check Lawn; Spriklers; Fungus
- Windows; Hurricane Shutters; Anything Broken
- Garbage; Put Out; Take In
- Roof Condition (from ground)
- Security, Gates, Fences, Etc.
- Pools/Spa and Equipment
- Boats and or Autos Stored Inside or Out
- Bring Mail Inside
- Water Flowers, Garden, Spot water lawn
Inside Check
- Heating/Air Conditioning Equip Check
- Functioning Electrical
- Appliance Check (refrig,freezer,etc.)
- Water Leaks, Water Heater Malfunction, Faucets need to be run at least once every two weeks to keep traps from drying out. Check Ceiling for evidence of roof leaks or water pipe leaks
Pet Care
- Dog or Cat Pet Care, Feeding, Walking, Cleanup
- Pet Sitting in Your Home or Ours. We have a great fenced in Yard.
- Ask for references.
